Cadell ap Gruffudd

Died: 1175   

Older brother of the Lord Rhys ap Gruffudd, he played a significant part in restoring the kingdom of Deheubarth and accordingly prepared the way for Rhys's consolidation of power.

Shortly before his death Cadell took the habit at Strata Florida where he was buried.
