with the consent of Bishop Anian of Bangor,
'the prior and convent [of Beddgelert] quitclaim to the prince and his heirs all the land of the church of Dolwyddelan beyond the ditch of the meadow adjacent to the said township’ and further lands in the area in return for ‘all the land, cultivated and uncultivated, with meadows, woods and pastures [within the bounds of] the old bridge over the Ferlas to the hill called Yr Wylfa, and thence to the summit of the mountain Moel Ehedog…’.
