An abridgement of Matthew Paris' Chronica Maiora extending from the Creation to 1259; the original compiled and continued until 1265 at St. Albans Abbey and thereafter at Westminster, until 1326.
This copy has additions relating to the abbey of S. Bennet, Hulme, Co. Norfolk, down to 1304, and from 1305 to 1323 to Tintern Abbey.

The Tintern addition only occupies five leaves.
